The Quality and Road Safety Policy of HERMES AGENCIES SA is expressed through the Quality Management and Road Safety System of the company, according to the international standards EN ISO 9001: 2015 and EN ISO 39001: 2012.
The company, having recognized its role in road safety, as a company providing Transportation Services, International Forwarding, Warehousing and Customs Clearance services, envisions the reduction or elimination of serious and fatal road accidents as the fundamental objective of the Quality Management and Road Safety System.
The company considering the need to satisfy its customers, partners and all other stakeholders, legislation, state-of-the-art know-how, technological developments, quality control capabilities, market and competition conditions and other related factors with the business position of the company in the Greek market, is committed:
➢ To provide all the necessary means and resources for the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the Quality Management and Road Safety System and the continuous improvement of its performance.
➢ To evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System and Road Safety through the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators of business processes.
➢ To establish, control the implementation process and review its objectives and goals for quality, road safety and plans to achieve them.
